Protime recognised by Great Place to Work Europe 2017
Paris, 8 June 2017 – After having gained 4th place in the Belgian rankings and 2nd place in the Netherlands, Protime, specialist in workforce management solutions, is now also recognised as a ‘Great Workplace’ in Europe. Following a thorough audit, the company has been placed among the top 25 in the category of Best Small & Medium Workplaces. The result was announced on 8 June during the awards ceremony in Paris.
To be eligible for recognition as a Great Place to Work Europe, organisations must be designated as ‘excellent’ by their own employees. This takes place on the basis of the Trust Index©, whereby aspects such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and comradeship are examined. Protime gained its high ranking thanks to its high score on every aspect. The aspects of ‘pride’ and ‘comradeship’ in particular were judged to be excellent. The company has also made ‘culture’ a strategic objective, so that within the organisation there is a constant focus on: intrapreneurship, cooperation and technology, among other things.
Lucas Polman, Director Netherlands at Protime: “We believe it is more important to focus on culture, rather than financial results, for example. After all, a good organisational culture means happy employees, and in the end that results in happy customers. So this approach is doubly rewarding. This position in the Great Place to Work Europe rankings confirms that our approach is working. I am proud of our employees, because together they make this possible.”
