We strive to give our customers the best customer experience and our International team plays a very important role in this! That is why we are looking for an International Key Account Manager who will focus on our existing customers.
How will you do this?
- You are responsible for the management and further development of your own customer portfolio. From your commercial insight you will identify the growth opportunities of your customers.
- Because of your enthusiasm and open communication, customers trust you. They can always count on you for questions or suggestions.
- You will travel abroad approximately once per 1-2 months to customers on site. This is alternated with online demos, video calls, ... You also work closely with various internal departments (Consultancy, Marketing, etc.) in order to advise the best solution to the customer.
- You will work once per 1-2 weeks from our headquarters in Mechelen (Belgium).
- You can reach the right contacts at your customers and build a lasting relationship with them. You know how to open the right doors.
- You determine sales objectives, and you establish the annual account plan in collaboration with the International Business Director.
