"A solution like Protime’s has truly enabled us to address these kinds of challenges—something we struggled to do in the past."
The collaboration with Protime started in 2021. At that time, we decided to roll out a unified time management solution across all our European entities and locations. The objectives of this project were to:
- Manage and reduce the heterogeneity of time management solutions that already existed across the different entities of the Group—or that did not yet exist in newly created entities.
- Take into account Relyens’ matrix organization, which is highly cross-functional. It was therefore essential for our management teams to have a European, global view of how their teams’ time was managed. At the time, we were using different solutions depending on the country, applicable regulations, and employing entities. As a result, managers did not have full visibility over their teams’ working time and leave.
- Implement a multi-language, multi-country, multi-agreement, and multi-site solution that enables a single manager to handle all situations across their teams.
