This is what you see yourself doing?

  • You will devise and direct on- and offline campaigns that will enable us to break into our international growth markets.
  • You will work with the international marketing and sales teams of SD Worx (our parent company).
  • You will work closely with the other marketers in our thirteen-person marketing team so that you can deploy the existing material internationally.
  • You will mainly work in Mechelen (Protime HQ) and occasionally you will also be present in the various growth countries.
  • You can think along strategically, work out tactically and also ensure compelling content in the right place.
As a Marketeer you are responsible for communication and marketing for your region. But you don't do that alone: you have a cozy, exciting and international team of marketers around you. We don't work in silos, so collaboration with sales colleagues or other departments is always constructive and valuable. But above all, you are surrounded by great colleagues, so working really feels like coming home.

You are a people person and looking to make a positive impact!

  • You have 10 years of work experience in Marketing, Communications and/or partner management.
  • You challenge and manage to raise the bar higher every time.
  • Dutch or English is your primary language and you write with your eyes closed. Vous parlez Français aussi? Even nicer!
  • You can lead an international meeting and dare to present in front of smaller groups.
  • Positivity is your dress code.

Steps selection process

This is what you should expect during your onboarding at Protime!

Introduction with HR

As a first step, you will meet with one of our in-house recruiters. They will see if there is a match with the Protime culture and explain you more about the vacancy and our way of working.

Interview with the Team Leader

Next, you get to know your future supervisor. Sometimes a colleague also joins the interview. Together they delve deeper into the position and look at the match with the team.

Assessment

Finally, you will take an assessment: a simulation exercise, tests around reasoning ability, analytical thinking, personality, etc.
